Our 3/8" Single Cell Blackout Shades are offered in 7 chic colors. If you want to block out the sunlight and it’s rays along with keeping the heat and cold from penetrating through your window. This is the shade that you are looking for. A perfect choice for media rooms, babies rooms or if you need to sleep during the day. This cell shade will do that for you. All shades provide some degree of keeping the outside elements from penetrating your window, just at different degrees. This is the Cadillac of the cell shade collection. A beautiful addition to your window and décor. And of course upgraded options are available.

A color coordinating headrail & bottom rail come standard. All hardware, screws & installation instructions are provided. A limited lifetime factory warranty is provided with your purchase.

All shades ordered with the continues cord loop, cordless or cordless top down only, will recieve a white headrail with a color coordinated insert.

R-Value measure resistance to heat flow. The higher the R-Value, the more insulation the product provides.

Summer Shading Coefficient measures the amount of heat passing through a covered window versus a bare window. The lower the number, the less heat is transferred. In summer, less heat transfer means a cooler room.

% UV Blockage measures the product's effectiveness at preventing harmful ultraviolet rays from entering the home's interior. The higher the percentage, the more UV rays are blocked.

Sound Absorption measures the amount of sound absorbed by the shade. The higher the number, the better the sound absorption.

Hold Downs

Hold down brackets are made of plastic which fit into holes in the end cap of the bottom rail. Hold downs are generally used to secure the bottom of the shade to prevent swaying.

Spacer blocks  

Spacers

Spacer blocks project the blind or shade 3/8” from the mounting surface. Use spacer blocks to obtain clearance when obstructions such as window cranks, door handles or trim, obstruct the movement of the blind or shade.

Cord Cleats  

Cord Cleats

Cord cleats are used for blinds or shades. This feature will allow the cord to be wrapped around a clear plastic clip. It is very simple to install the clips to your wall, only one screw is needed and that is provided for you. This will help prevent cords from dangling and giving the area a cleaner look. These are free of charge. When placing your order you will have to request cord cleats.

Continuous Cord Loop  

Continuous Cord Loop

A continuous loop cord opens and closes the shade smoothly and evenly. Eliminates the traditional dangling cord, making for a neater appearance. A special clutch system keeps the shade at the desired height. Ideal option for larger shades. Available in Standard and Heavy-Duty Continuous Cord Versions - both are manufactured with white headrail only.

Top Down/Bottom Up

This shade can be opened from both the top and the bottom. Right and left hand controls move the middle and bottom rails to raise and lower the shade. This style is ideal for letting natural light in through the top while preserving privacy below.

For very large single windows or two large windows side by side, this specialty shade provides the appearance of a single shade, with two sections operating independently. Also available with Standard Continuous Cord System.

Cut outs  

Cut Out’s

Cut outs are used when there is an obstruction that will not allow the blind or shade to be lowered properly. Commonly in kitchens & bathrooms where tile has been installed in the inside frame of the window. For special measuring instructions contact customer service.

Telescopic Pole

A telescope pole is used for cordless shades. This tool assists in raising and lowering your shade, if it is beyond your reach. The pole extends to 10 feet.

Over sized items that exceed 94” will incur a one time charge of  $ 70.00 per manufacture.

Woven woods that exceed 84” will incur a one time charge of $ 70.00 per manufacture.

Verticals that exceed 94” in width or length will incur a one time charge of $ 70.00 per manufacture.

Orders that have multiple manufactures & oversized items from each manufacture will incur a $ 70.00 from each manufacture. Orders with one manufacture will only be charged one time per order not per blind.

All Century blinds & shades over 105” in width or length, must contact Customer Service for special shipping pricing. Please have you sizes & products selected when you contact Customer Service.

Oversized items may be delivered by freight.

Orders that have multiple manufactures, the order will be shipped when each order is completed. Each manufacture will ship at separate times.

We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada : Please contact customer service for a quote on shipping to these locations. Products and sizes are needed to estimate the shipping cost before you contact customer service.
